Business Coaching is the process of helping work with you to up your game. The simple parallel of your sports coach is the easiest to assimilate. When you know where you sit as a team, then the coaches job is to bring skill, insight, process and routine to the mix, while keeping you focused on the right thing. Coaching doesn’t overcome skill development, and it is expensive to pay a coach on skill development, so expect a mix of training and coaching to be recommended.

OPTION 1
ONLINE (DIY)
This is a facilitated, self-paced planning session. You will work through modules teaching you how to build your plan, which you will be doing on our planning tool using Microsoft Excel. This is all created to take you one step at a time, so that you can understand what you are doing and how to do it.
This is the most cost effective strategy, BUT, there is NO human support in this option. You will benefit from having 2 or 3 computer screens together. You will benefit from being a little tech savvy. Choose this if you are budget conscious, a self-starter, or just want to do it yourself. Encourages you as a business owner to spend the first Friday of each month off the tools and managing your business direction.
OPTION 2
QUARTERLY COACHING
A facilitated session every three months to help you make sure you run your reports, look at your numbers, bring your business back on track, and keep a track of how you are performing—strategic review. Encourages you as a business owner to spend the first Friday of each month off the tools and managing your business direction.
OPTION 3
MONTHLY COACHING
A monthly facilitated coaching session, working you through your Business agenda.
