Pre-Workshop | Pull your reports, get everything ready, engage.
Workshop | Work through the majority of your planning and thinking – create your draft & sit on it.
Follow up | Close off your plan.
Reports & Data | Where the information is, and what reporting you can/do to see you are on track or off track.
Systems & Processes | What you need to put in place to be able to stick to your plan as much as viable.

OPTION 1
ONLINE
This is a facilitated, self-paced planning session. You will work through modules teaching you how to build your plan, which you will be doing on our planning tool using Microsoft Excel. This is all created to take you one step at a time, so that you can understand what you are doing, and how to do it.
This is the most cost-effective strategy, HOWEVER, there is NO human support in this option.
You will benefit from having two or three computer screens together. You will benefit from being a little tech savvy. For the budget-conscious, self-starter, or DIY-confident.
OPTION 2
GROUP-FACILITATED
THIS OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH YOUR NETWORK, WHOLESALER, OR SUPPLIER.
This is a very effective method of having someone work you through and help you build your plan with industry insight. You would work through with 3-5 non-competing businesses. Pre-workshop and workshop days are facilitated as a group, while you work on your plan on your computer.
The three follow-up sessions are carried out one-on-one. This is a very cost effective solution, and is only available by agreement & partnership with your affiliated partner. This option means you build a plan in a concise time period, and have experience to help you with your outcomes with some training along the way.
OPTION 3
ONE-ON-ONE
This is your most personalised option. All five parts of the planning process are carried out individually. This is going to be your most customised solution, and businesses who choose this option will find a lot of learning and business insights come from the process. It is very beneficial, and recommended—it is just your financial trade off.
